Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program provides personalized support to members who are seeking formal certification in the world of beverages. The program pairs exam candidates with a qualified mentor who will assist them in identifying areas for study and connect them with educational resources within TCS. Mentors provide guidance, coaching, encouragement, and accountability, rather than being tutors or educators, all in an effort to support their mentee’s coursework or independent study. Our hope is to connect mentors and mentees in ways that inspire mutual growth, build friendships, and provide more inclusive access to beverage certification in our community.
